Are the dimensions provided the actual dimensions of the unit or the packaging?
All dimensions provided online are for the item within the original retail packaging. We do our best to provide accurate specifications within the product description but the Length, Width and Height is always based on the retail packaging dimensions.
Can I pick up an item instead of having it shipped so I can save on shipping?
Yes, all items are available for pickup and we can process a partial refund for the shipping cost. However, we need one business day to process a will call order. We are open Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 2:30pm PST. Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed we will send you pickup instructions.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately at this time we are not setup to ship internationally.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
We can only ship to PO Boxes using USPS. On orders under 2 pounds we will ship using USPS. All other orders are shipped using FedEx Ground, who cannot ship to PO Box locations.
Do you accept cash upon pickup?
No, all will call orders must be paid in full online. We do not accept cash payments.
My Unit stopped working and it’s still under warranty, what should I do?
Send us your phone number at [email protected] and we will get you in contact with the correct technician for the item you purchased. If the item no longer works we will assist you in processing a claim with the manufacturer.
Who is the manufacturer and who will I go through for warranty purposes?
AllTrade Tools is the manufacturer. We can assist you in processing a warranty return by getting you in contact with the correct department at AllTrade Tools.
Why can’t you sell Trades Pro generators in California?
Trades Pro generators are not EPA Carb Approved for the state of California.

FAST, FREE SHIPPING!
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipping to the continental US. Orders are usually shipped within one business day after payment has cleared. Shipping may take longer on Monday’s that follow a major holiday.
Small items are shipped through USPS or FedEx ground service. Currently, we ship only to the 50 United States. We offer FREE standard shipping on all items shipped to the continental 48 states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional surcharge. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. Most shipments will arrive based on the shipping chart below, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery on freight shipments.
Large and bulky items may ship via truck freight. Shipments via truck freight require a delivery appointment. The truck line will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery includes lift gate service, which means the truck driver will remove your shipment from the truck and place it on the ground (such as on your driveway or sidewalk). Truck delivery does not include unpacking or setup service.
No Hassle Returns!
To process a return, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will only be issued during the 30-day return period which begins on the date of shipment by ToolSmithDirect. Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA:

- - Refund or Replacement
For returns due to any other reason besides defect or ToolSmithDirect error we will provide a RMA number but you will be responsible for returning items at your own expense.
Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) has been received at our location, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once ToolSmithDirect receives the returned item(s) a refund or replacement order will be issued. Each return must be properly received, tested and reconciled through accounting so please allow for up to 5 business days for processing returns. If any issues come up with processing the refund or replacement we will contact you immediately. If you need to check on the status of a return please send us an email at [email protected].
Any items returned to ToolSmithDirect without a RMA number will incur a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee based on the order amount including shipping (excluding sales tax).
Refunds vs. Replacements
Once returned items are received we will issue a refund within 5 business days. We will accommodate replacement orders if inventory is available and only upon request.
ToolSmithDirect is not liable for product that is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process for returned items. If an item is damaged, lost or stolen during a return shipment ToolSmithDirect will work with you to ensure the shipping carrier claim is properly opened but all liability falls upon the carrier.
At ToolSmithDirect we offer a no hassle 30 day return policy. However, most of items we sell also come with a manufacturer warranty (please refer to your product manual for details). Please contact the manufacturer's Parts and Services department for all manufacturer warranty issues.
