Are the dimensions provided the actual dimensions of the unit or the packaging?

All dimensions provided online are for the item within the original retail packaging. We do our best to provide accurate specifications within the product description but the Length, Width and Height is always based on the retail packaging dimensions.

Can I pick up an item instead of having it shipped so I can save on shipping?

Yes, all items are available for pickup and we can process a partial refund for the shipping cost. However, we need one business day to process a will call order. We are open Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 2:30pm PST. Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed we will send you pickup instructions.

Can you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately at this time we are not setup to ship internationally.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We can only ship to PO Boxes using USPS. On orders under 2 pounds we will ship using USPS. All other orders are shipped using FedEx Ground, who cannot ship to PO Box locations.

Do you accept cash upon pickup?

No, all will call orders must be paid in full online. We do not accept cash payments.

My Unit stopped working and it’s still under warranty, what should I do?

Who is the manufacturer and who will I go through for warranty purposes?

AllTrade Tools is the manufacturer. We can assist you in processing a warranty return by getting you in contact with the correct department at AllTrade Tools.

Why can’t you sell Trades Pro generators in California?

Trades Pro generators are not EPA Carb Approved for the state of California.
